This system has been tested and certified by NSF International against NSF/ANSI Standard 42 for the aesthetic reduction of chlorine taste and odor, chloramine and Particulate class I, NSF/ANSI Standard 53 for the reduction of Cysts, Mercury, Lead and VOC’s and IAPMO R & T certified to NSF/ANSI Standard P473 for PFOAs & PFOS.
The system comes with a built-in LED indicator for filter changes. We recommend changing filters no later than six months after installation or after 450 gallons of usage for peak performance.
The system uses the incoming water pressure from your water supply to filter your water through a dual-filter carbon block technology.
Carbon block technology can help reduce fluoride, but this system is not tested for its removal.
